Established in 1995, Clinton Bagel Company has become a town favorite for breakfast and lunch. Located just outside the center of the Historic Town of Clinton, New Jersey in "THE BLUE BUILDING".
Our Customers can enjoy the options of eat-in, take-out or
delivery.
The Clinton Bagel Company places high priority on quality of
product. Our menu features fresh brewed coffee, fresh baked
bagels, baked goods, soups and salads, and a wide variety of hot
and cold lunch sandwiches. Our coffee is brewed continuously
throughout the day, while our bagels are baked fresh each
morning, and our lunch sandwiches use top quality meats, breads,
and vegetables.
What sets us apart from our competitors is easy in-and-out access
for commuters, self-pour coffee station, high quality products,
and timely service. At our self pour coffee station our
customers have the options of dark blends, regulars blends, decaf
blends, and an assortment of flavors to make there coffee exactly
how they like it. Although, our store is small in size, our
customers have the ability to eat-in at anyone one of our booths,
tables, or even outside on our picnic benches. An emphasis has
also been placed on timely service for our customers looking for
a quick stop for a quick bite.
Our unique bagel baking process makes our bagels "THE BEST
AROUND".
The dough is mixed, cut into strips, fed through the dough
divider which is carried through a dough rounder on a conveyor
belt. The bagels are then spread out on wood boards and placed
on proofing racks. After the dough rises the bagels are placed
into our refrigeration area where the proofing process is slowed
down. The bagels are then boiled in water for a short period of
time before they are placed into the oven to bake. This process
ensures our customers get the same great taste from each
bite.
At Clinton Bagel Company we offer plain, sesame, poppy, salt,
onion, garlic, everything, power, sunflower, pumpernickel, black
russian, honey sesame wheat, cinnamon raisin, french toast, egg,
chocolate chip, blueberry and bacon bagels. We also offer
seasonal bagels including sour dough, pumpkin, and sun dried
tomato. We are also the home to the famous Party Bagel. This
bagel is made in two sizes, one for a party of 10 to 16 and
another for a party of 16 to 20 and features sliced meats of your
choice. The Party Bagel could be compared to a 6 foot hoagie.

Owner Kevin Jones opened Clinton Bagel Company in 1995,
immediately after attending college. The first six months, he
was forced to keep his job in order to keep the store going, but
it wasn't long before the people discovered Clinton Bagel
Company. After, a few attempts to expand Kevin decided to focus
on his Clinton operation where he is still serving the same great
product he originally started with.
