This informational support group is for families and caregivers and is geared towards individuals who are no longer able to care for themselves and the family members who are involved in their direct care and support. Members learn about their feelings regarding the changes in their daily lives. Practical caregiving information, education and peer support are an important tool in handling these daily challenges. The support group is conducted by Certified Dementia Practitioners who host a variety of speakers and guests to address basic caregiving, health topics and dementia.
