These free informational meetings are for families, friends and caregivers. Support groups provide a place where people with issues in common can meet and share information. It is a forum where people who have been or are in the same situation can discuss their everyday challenges. Our support group focus is on Aging, Alzheimers, Dementia related conditions and Depression.

Support groups can be a good place to learn about coping strategies, assistance and healthcare benefits that others have found useful.

Members learn more about their feelings, the changes in their daily lives, how to handle stress and address concerns. We will discuss practical care-giving strategies and share information. Come benefit from the mutual peer support and learn about local resources and educational opportunities.

Sacred Heart Senior Living's Certified Dementia Practitioners will facilitate

these meetings. Guest Speakers will be presented on a variety of topics.

A complimentary light dinner and dessert will be served.
