Come in and Spin with Iron man competitor Lauren on Monday & Wednesday mornings at 9AM. Studio instructor Lauren Cancelliere completed her 1st full Ironman competition this past Sunday in Lake Placid NY. She finished 2nd in her age group and has plans for more.
