This year's keynote speaker is the entertaining and educational Jamie Flinchbaugh whose topic is "Breaking Project Myths with Lean Thinking". Jamie Flinchbaugh is a lean author, speaker, and advisor. He co-founded the Lean Learning Center and co-authored The Hitchhiker's Guide to Lean.

After a warm-up by Dave Sherman and Jamie's keynote address there are 12 sessions divided into 3 breakouts in 4 tracks. A hot buffet lunch is included. And, to close the event, you will hear from the PMI founder, Jim Snyder on "The History of PMI".
