Hunterdon Health and Wellness Center in Whitehouse Station Hosts Open House

Come work out for free!  The Hunterdon Health and Wellness Center in Whitehouse Station will hold an open house on Thursday, November 20th from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. 

Enjoy access to the Hunterdon Health and Wellness Center amenities which includes:  cardio and weight equipment, pool and whirlpool, blood pressure checks, body fat screenings and free chair massages.  In addition, attendees can participate in the following special classes:

5:00 – 5:55 p.m. – Hi/Lo
5:00 – 5:30 p.m. – Personal Training Information Session
5:30- 6:15 p.m. – Water Aerobics
5:30-6:15 p.m. – Qu-Jong
6:15-6:45 p.m. – Experience Mindfulness Meditation 6:00-6:30 p.m.-Rock Climbing Demonstration 6:45-7:30 p.m. – Tai Chi 6:00-7:00 p.m. – Body Step 7:00-7:30 p.m. - Personal Training Information Session 6:45-7:30 p.m. – Water Aerobics
7:15-8:15 p.m. – Zumba

Attendees will enjoy complimentary snacks and drinks from Bagel Junction, Flamango’s Restaurant, GNC and Jerry’s Place.  Other vendors include, the Hunterdon Running Shop and Fitness Apparel by Celeste Amann.
