Raritan Valley Community College will present its annual Holiday Art Show and Sale, Tuesday through Friday, Dec. 2 through 5. The exhibit will be on view in the art gallery at the RVCC North Branch campus.

The show will feature a varied display of ceramics created by students, alumni and faculty. It ranges from low-fired smoked and Raku vessels to high-fire functional and sculptural pieces in porcelain and stoneware.

In addition, there will be hand-painted silk scarves by artist Vera Tarantino, handmade books by Mana Pisano and drawings and pottery by Sarah Roche.

Opening reception will be held Tuesday, Dec. 2 at noon.  Show hours are Tues., Wed. and Thurs., noon to 8 p.m., and Friday;, noon to 6 p.m.  For further information, call 908 218-8876.
