New Service Makes Social Media Faster and Easier to Manage...and it's Free!

Users post their information once and automatically update all their social media.

EggZack.com announced today a new service that allows users to post their information once and automatically update their choice of social media, like Facebook, Twitter, Blogger, LinkedIn, WordPress and Tumblr. The new service is the free part of the EggZack.com information broadcasting platform, a comprehensive means for managing digital communications in one place, with one entry.

Co-Founder and CEO Jon Zack stated "People use a lot of different social media to keep in touch with their friends. Businesses are in the same game with their customers. Yet we know firsthand how time consuming it is to update each one separately. So, we made it faster and easier for them to update everything. And, we made it totally free to use."

Co-Founder and CTO Rick Morrison said "With our new free service, we are really trying to make local information more accessible on social media. We think that what happens in people's local day-to-day lives is important yet it is still largely missing on social media."

Zack added "Information portability is a critical problem with fragmented media. Doing it better is key to increasing awareness and getting your information read on the web. It is no longer about just getting people to your website, it is about getting your information to where people are; to where they want to read it. This will help."

New Charting Feature Helps You Analyze How Many People Read Your EggZack.com Broadcasts

We've added a new feature to the Stats area. There are now several charts available once you've broadcast content. Each of these charts display data based on broadcast views, which means each time your broadcast is read by a viewer.

The top bar chart sums up all of your broadcast's activity over the past 30 days, including views of articles that were broadcast over 30 days ago.

The pie chart shows a break down of all of these views broken down by source. For example, it tells you which views came from Twitter, your Hosted Website, Facebook, LinkedIn, your EggZack Page, etc. In the title of each pie slice is a number which lists the actual view count.

The third bar chart shows you the number of views for each of the last 6 articles that you've broadcast.

Underneath these graphs there is a table which lists every article you've ever broadcast on EggZack.com. Click on one of these to bring up extra details about that particular broadcast. The new bar chart lists all view activity over the past 30 days for that specific broadcast. The table which Outlet sources the views came from, so you can see how many people read that particular broadcast from Facebook, Twitter, Outside.in, etc.

We're going to continue to improve this feature, but it should be a lot easier for you to understand what is happening with your broadcasts.

EggZack.com Launches New Digital Marketing and Broadcasting Platform

Eggzack.com lets small businesses manage their entire online presence in one place.

EggZack.com, an information technology startup, announced today the national launch of its new service to help small businesses manage all of their online marketing and communications in one place.

The EggZack.com digital marketing and broadcasting platform lets businesses post their local content, such as news, events, press releases and special offers, in one easy step and then automatically broadcasts it to all of the places that customers look for it, including local and national websites, blogs, social networks, and selected email lists.

EggZack.com also makes it easy for business owners to manage their digital marketing - their websites, social media, blogs, SEO and PR in the same one place. Businesses can track where and how many people have read their material all in real time.

"Small businesses have been frustrated by the Internet. They've struggled to make it useful for them, because it's time-consuming and overwhelming. Business owners don't have the time to learn about every new social media or hyperlocal content sites that they might want to market on, let alone manage them day to day. We solve that problem for them and show them the results. We help small businesses make the whole web work for them with just a few clicks," says Founder and CEO, Jon Zack.

"We saw that the issue for the small business owner was that local content got stuck in places where people couldn't find it. As a result, they realized little value in publishing online, and today the majority of local content, the stuff that consumers want to know, is still not on the web" added Zack.

Co-founder and CTO Rick Morrison says, "We solve these problems by providing a one-stop digital publishing, marketing, and broadcasting platform. Our small business customers can focus on their message without having to worry about where to post their content; we automatically post it for them."

Zack added, "The time savings are tremendous. With EggZack.com, businesses can easily get their message to the right people, their customers and their prospective customers. This means that local content will be more available and easy to find everywhere on the web, directly benefiting our customers, consumers and local communities."

About EggZack.com:

EggZack.com began in 2006 as a local media portal under the direction of successful, New Jersey based, technology entrepreneur, Jon Zack. The venture grew to serve more than 400 small businesses throughout Hunterdon County, NJ. During that time, it became apparent to Zack and Morrison that small businesses and organizations were still struggling to get their local content found and read on the web. The two entrepreneurs set about to solve that specific problem and have developed EggZack.com into a digital publishing, marketing and broadcasting platform for small business.

The new EggZack.com platform has been in beta launch for several months, undergoing live-testing and refinement with their existing customer base. The service will launch nationally on January 13, 2010.

The company has offices in San Francisco, California and Flemington, New Jersey.
