About Us

Static Interval Training, formerly known as the O15 Workout, is now open in a brand new training studio in University City! Classes feature the SIT (Static Interval Trainer), a machine designed to teach you our unique method of high intensity but low impact training in the shortest time possible. Check the Location link for details about free trial sessions!

After many years spent in the health and fitness industry watching what was once old be made new over and over again, but never any better, I, Mike Barretta, have corrected a few greatly overlooked flaws to create Static Interval Training.

Once you really learn how to do SIT, you will realize that all other ways of exercise can be easily converted. The static position only makes it easer to maintain the particular posture along with the timed breathing.  If you’re good enough to move and maintain perfect posture and breathing, great, but it is not necessary.
