A Hunterdon high school junior already strong in math recently raised her SAT 700 to a perfect 800, resulting in recruiting contacts "instantly" from Yale and other prestigious institutions.

"I needed more in math, and I got it at CHYTEN," said the student.

Another Hunterdon parent observed recently, "She did it! Raised her scores 260 and she got in to Lehigh - thank you, thank you!"

"Couldn't have done it without CHYTEN," said yet another parent, whose student prepped for SSATs at CHYTEN and subsequently passed entrance exams into one of New Jersey's premier private high schools.

NEW SUMMER SCHOOL OPPORTUNITY IN HUNTERDON COUNTY

A new service available exclusively through CHYTEN Educational Services of Hunterdon County brings to families and students a world class alternative to other summer courses available in the County. CHYTEN can provide diagnostics and curricula for all major areas of study, from elementary through high school including AP. CHYTEN accomplishes thisthrough a unique alliance with a powerful educational service founded by Paul Allen, co-founder of Microsoft.

This is not the summer school of old. Students today are remediating their studies. Students alsotake fall courses "in advance" as a means of preparation for the ever moredemanding courses linked to college acceptance. At CHYTEN, some students are retrieving and strengthening their knowledge of courses already taken. Some students are "pre-taking" courses in anticipation of fall 2009. One student, a rising Senior whose fall AP schedule is "topped out,"is taking a uniquely configured ten-hour AP course at CHYTEN by way of knowing more about a field of potential interest to her as she anticipates college.

Gone are the days when summer school seemed negative. Every student in Hunterdon now has the opportunity not only to get back on-pace, but to accelerate.
