Nothing in the Terms gives you a right to use the EggZack name or any of the EggZack trademarks, logos, domain names, and other distinctive brand features. Any feedback, comments, or suggestions you may provide regarding EggZack is entirely voluntary and we will be free to use such feedback, comments or suggestions as we see fit and without any obligation to you.
We reserve the right at all times (but will not have an obligation) to remove or refuse to distribute any Content on EggZack and to terminate users or reclaim usernames.
EggZack does not condone the use of profanity, nudity or sexually explicit information and/or materials on EggZack and may prevent and/or remove such information and bar any further use of EggZack by you, at its discretion. Further, EggZack does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on EggZack or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to EggZack.
In no event shall EggZack or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption,) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on EggZack, even if EggZack or a EggZack authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.
